Mastermind McPherson County

Mastermind McPherson County is our 3 step initiative that centers around community members and leader creating a plan to focus on priorities for each individual community. This initiative will be reevaluated every 3 years.

In 2024 Mastermind will be traveling around the county sharing all the community specific results from the survey. What day will we be at your town?

Step 1: Survey

In March we sent out a community assessment survey. Information collected from community members allowed us to assess where our communities are currently positioned in the minds of those who currently live their.

2024 Surveys have concluded! Check back here next march for 2025. We need your input!

Step 2: Community Summit

In 2024 Mastermind will be traveling around the county sharing all the community specific results from the survey. What day will we be at your town?

County Wide Summit: Aug. 1 4:00 p.m. McPherson Community Building

Canton: July 29 7 p.m. Canton Carnegie Library

Galva: July 30 12 p.m. Galva Community Building

Lindsborg: July 29 10:00 a.m. Lindsborg Community Library

Marquette: July 31 12:00 p.m. Smoky Valley Distillery

Moundridge: July 31 7:15 a.m. The Hub

McPherson – Aug. 1 9:30 a.m. McPherson Community Building

Inman: Aug. 2 7:00 a.m. Inman Senior Center

Step 3: Time for Action.

Organizations will submit project plans along with what funding will be required. Approval of funding will come after being reviewed by a committee and voted on by the MCCF Board of Directors. Funding for these projects will be prioritized by priorities recognized at the community summit. Applications will be open starting in August.
