Last week the Lincoln Elementary Chess program held their end of school year celebration. The program has long been supported by the McPherson Scholastic Chess Club fund here at the Foundation. Grants from the fund have often gone towards the procurement of supplies, including chess sets for the kids to take home and snacks to keep them focused. Photos above are of the celebration and the program was joined by the McPherson Sheriffs Department.
